Currently, YELLOW APRICOTS Sp. z o. o. fulfills orders only within Poland.

Proposals to conclude a sales contract submitted by our employees are valid for 14 days from the date of their issue.

Sales are made in accordance with the prices specified in the price lists in force on the date of the transaction or based on the YELLOW APRICOTS offer.

Pursuant to the entry into force of the Act of 27 November 2020 amending the Act on Tax on Goods and Services and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2419, the so-called SLIM VAT package), changes in the rules for VAT settlements in relation to corrective invoices came into effect on 1 January 2021. Therefore, we consider that the conditions for reducing the VAT base are met on the date of issuing the corrective invoice.

Delivery methods

We strive to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, which is why we partner with professional courier companies. You can pick up your parcel at an InPost parcel locker or have it delivered to your home or office by DHL courier.
